Fantastic Location! Very cute turn-key Pinecrest cabin just a few doors from the shore of beautiful Pinecrest Lake.  Spacious deck on the hill looking into the forest feels so private yet you are close to everything. Walk to the lake, new grocery store, tennis courts, post office, Steam Donkey restaurant and bar. Use this darling cabin any season, hike around the lake in warmer months and China Peak ski resort offers skiing in winter and downhill biking in the summer.  The road to the cabin is plowed in winter months for year round access. The living room has original knotty pine walls with a new Norwegian cast-iron Jotul wood stove and mid century tile. The kitchen with dining area has new appliances and large windows. The huge front and side deck provides plenty of room for an outdoor living and dining space with additional room for beds or tents for your guests. The upstairs is a cozy loft area for bedrooms. The newly renovated detached guest cottage fits a king size bed and is equipped with a television, recessed lighting and power for your devices. Verizon cell phones also work for streaming! Take a shower or relaxing bath in the gorgeous new claw foot tub. Toilets are also new. Take a look and see how close you are to the lake, don't drive and hunt for a parking space, just a short walk to everything. Room for 3 cars.  All Pinecrest Cabins are on a National Forrest service land lease. Cash or private financing only. 600 square feet.
